Ronaldinho's brother/agent, Roberto de Assis, spoke about the player's situation from Brazil: "This media exposure is beneficial for Flamengo, but I can only say that the meeting with the president was casual, during a dinner in Rio. In that restaurant there was also Falcao and we had a friendly chat with Patricia Amorim, but no more. When she asked 'do you want to play with Flamengo?', his answer was clearly yes, but there is nothing more. We haven't had any more contact and it is not our intention to do it. Unless..." 

De Assis then added: "AC Milan proposed a contract extention until 2013 and we agreed to talk about it by December. Ronaldinho's role for next season has never been under scrutiny and nothing has changed for us. Therefore, we won't negotiate with any other club, unless Milan change their position. Our experience at Milan is positive and my brother wants to stay at Milan, but his future depends on the club's projects." De Assis concluded commenting on Los Angeles Galaxy's interest: "When we were in the USA for a series of matches, we met a few people. For sure Beckham wants Dinho at Galaxy, but if Milan don't want it......If there is no new agreement with Milan, this could be an option for next season".
