Milan and Wolfsburg interested in Bazoer: the latest on the rossoneri's strategies

AC Milan's ownership change has been postponed as Fininvest and SES (Sino-Europe Sports) have delayed the final closing as they are now scheduled to complete a deal by March 3rd 2017. In the meantime, Milan and Adriano Galliani are now working to find the right reinforcements in January. The rossoneri club want to sign one midfielder (to replace the injured Montolivo) and one offensive winger (capable of giving Suso and Niang some rest).

For the midfield position, other than Badelj,Rudy and Giagliardini, Milan also love Riechedly Bazoer of Ajax. In Holland, they consider the young midfielder to be close to Milan but his costs remain high. Milan aren't the only ones after him as Wolfsburg are also considered to be tracking him as well. According to Kicker, negotiations have already begun between Ajax and Wolfsburg (who might have a lot of money available if Draxler is to leave). Bazoer does make sense for Milan but can they afford him in January?

For the winger position, the names are the same: Atalanta's Papu Gomez and Lazio's Baldé Keita are two targets. As previously stated, Milan will first have to sell players before they can then buy some. Bacca, Luiz Adriano, Honda are still some of the likeliest candidates to leave the club.
