Nice Coach Favre: 'Balotelli is very focussed, an incredible player'
The former Borussia Monchengladbach Coach has done a splendid job taking the Gym to first place, but has (correctly) held back from speaking too much about incoming striker Balotelli, even after the latter blasted braces against Marseille and Monaco.
The Swiss manager has come out now, however, and boy does he sound enthusiastic:
"Mario is a player of incredible quality," he said in a recent press conference before delving into further details: "He still needs to develop, especially with his weak foot, but he can be really incisive with his right, as well as his head".
"We're counting a lot on his attacking skills, but I'll soon ask more of him even when we're not in possession. I have to admit, I've found a player who is really focussed, even during training. One would have to be blind not to see how clinical he is: we're talking of a great footballer".
