Official: Sabatini rescinds AS Roma contract
“AS Roma and Walter Sabatini have announced their decision to mutually part company, effective from Friday, 7 October.
AS Roma expresses its gratitude to Walter Sabatini for the work done over more than five years and wishes him the best of luck for the future.
"I want to thank Walter for what he did for AS Roma and for all his dedication to our venture,” said AS Roma president Jim Pallotta. “I also want to thank him for all I've learned from him. Please stop smoking!"
The sporting direction is entrusted to Frederic Massara”, the official statement reads.
