Serie A: Sampdoria-Lazio 1-2 |Goals, Highlights and Comentary
Sampdoria are set to take on Lazio in tonight's Serie A clash. Sampdoria come into the clash having beat Torino 2-0 in last week's fixture. Lazio on the other hand have been having a great campaign but are coming off a 2-0 loss to eternal rivals AS Roma in the Roman derby. Sampdoria are currently in ninth place in the Serie A standings, where as Lazio are fifth (with 28 points). With second placed Roma (32 points) taking on third placed Milan (32 points) this week, this can be a great opportunity for Lazio to cut their rivals lead. This should be a very interesting game as Luis Muriel is set to take on Ciro Immobile. Sampdoria will field the following formation :Puggioni, Pereira, Silvestre, Skriniar, Regini, Linetty, Torreira, Barreto, Fernandes, Muriel, Quagliarella. Lazio will respond with : Marchetti, Basta, De Vrij, Wallace, Radu, Parolo, Biglia, Milinkovic-Savic, Anderson, Immobile, Lulic. Sampdoria will also have to watch out for Baldé Keita as he has been very good this season for Lazio coming on as a substitute.
