Allegri warns starlet: ‘Juventus better than Arsenal and Man City’

Juventus starlet Moise Kean made senior debut with Juventus yesterday night. The U-17 Italy International is the first millennial to play in Italy’s top flight as well as the youngest player to make Serie A debut with the bianconeri.

Kean, 16, is probably the brightest prospect of Juventus’ academy and the Old Lady is trying hard to extend his contract at the club amid interest of Manchester City and Arsenal.

The Premier League giants are tempting the promising Italian starlet with huge contract offers, whilst Juventus can only put on the table a three-year, € 1 million-a-year deal. No Serie A club can offer a contract longer than three years to U-18 players.

Talking to media after yesterday’s Pescara clash, Allegri said: “Kean must understand that there is not better team than Juventus to develop, he shouldn’t focus on money, but on his own growth only.”

The club’s director of sport Giuseppe Marotta had made similar claims before the game adding that he doesn’t even know who the player’s agent is despite Mino Raiola being known to be the representative of the promising Italian striker.
