Real Madrid want Kane to be their new striker

According to the portal Fichajes.net, Real Madrid have chosen Spurs frontman Harry Kane to be their new striker. The 23-year-old England international has a contract at the North London club until 2020, but is believed to be asking for a substantial pay-rise on any new deal which would make him the club’s highest earner. Spurs for their part, are believed to be stalling on any new agreement despite Premier League rivals Manchester United and Chelsea both monitoring the situation with interest.

The Spanish giants are currently serving a transfer embargo until January 2018 which will not allow the signing of any new players for the next two windows. President Florentino Perez is not put off by this however, and after recent reports linking Los Blancos with a move for Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea, his new target is the Spurs hot-shot who would be the replacement for French striker Karim Benzema.
