    'AC Milan acquisiton set to be completed in 4-6 weeks'

    Thai broker Mr. Bee Taechaubol has left Italy already and is flying back home after two important meetings held yesterday. The first one was with AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi and the second one with the board of Fininvest Group. Both meetings were aimed to outline the Thai broker's heavy step inside AC Milan. Effectively, as it is reported since the beginning of summer, Mr. Bee is ready to acquire the 48% of the Italian club.

    Mr Taechaubol's longest summit in Italy (more than 8 hours) ended yesterday with a joint press release which explained the next steps, before the definitive conclusion of the deal.

    The closing day of the deal, which was supposed to be yesterday, has goof up to the next 4-6 weeks. Shortly, Mr. Taechaubol will have to build an ad hoc company and complete the last steps to sign the bank guarantees. Both sides have shown their optimism over a positive conclusion of the deal.

    Mr Bee will now work in China, where his most important financier are based. His return in Milan is not on the agenda before long time, even if this doesn't mean that the broker is not committed to his entrance in one of the most important Italian football clubs.
