Champions League: Sevilla-Juventus, probable starting line-ups

Juventus head to Sevilla for tonight’s Champions League group game knowing that a win will secure their qualification into the knock-out phase of this season’s competition.

Coach Allegri will almost certainly go with a 4-3-3 formation with Colombian Juan Cuadrado and Brazilian Alex Sandro set to play in a more offensive role alongside Mario Mandzukic. Bosnian Miralem Pjanic was rested for the weekend win against Pescara and looks certain to start. There are doubts however surrounding Giorgio Chiellini, who looks set to start on the bench and with the absences of both Benatia and Barzagli, there could be a starting berth for young Daniele Rugani in the centre of defence.

For the hosts, coach Sampaoli is sweating on the fitness of French midfielder Samir Nasri who missed the away trip to Deportivo La Coruna last weekend.

    Probable starting line-ups:

Sevilla (3-5-1-1): Rico; Mercado, Pareja, Rami; Escudero, Nasri, N’Zonzi, Vazquez, Mariano; Vitolo; Vietto
Juventus (4-3-3): Buffon; Evra, Bonucci, Rugani, Dani Alves; Marchisio, Khedira, Pjanic; Sandro, Mandzukic, Cuadrado
