Should Juve let Rugani join Serie A rivals Napoli?

According to the calciomercato.com’s journalist Giovanni Scotto, Rugani could join Napoli in January, on a loan deal with a € 20 million buy-out clause. Nevertheless, the Partenopei could also offer Juventus to add a buy-back clause that could give Bianconeri the option to bring Rugani back in Turin.
Now, the question is whether Juve should sell Rugani and reinforce a Serie A rivals or leave the central defender on his wake, waiting for him to grease the cogs at the Juventus Stadium.
