ADL replicates Berlusconi by suggesting Sarri to change his formation

AC Milan President (for another two weeks) Silvio Berlusconi is popular for his interferences in managers’ choices. The Italian business man used to suggest Carlo Ancelotti which line-up he should have deployed when the manager was in charge of AC Milan and it looks like Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is doing the same with the partenopei’s boss Maurizio Sarri.

Talking to Radio Kiss Kiss, the demanding Napoli president has suggested Sarri to change Napoli formation in order to ‘make the most of Gabbiadini’s potential’

Everybody is hitting out at Gabbiadini at the moment, but he can’t be blamed really”.

The Italian striker was shown a straight red card two weeks ago for a violent reaction against a player of Crotone who had fouled him, receiving a two-match ban.

“It was the first time that Gabbiadini did something like that. Two weeks out of action have not helped him in terms of consistency. I think he needs to be trusted, but I don’t want to give any suggestion to Sarri.”

“However, changing formation and use a 4-3-1-2 could be useful, couldn’t it?”

“We have an amazing midfield, maybe the best one we could desire. I hope Rog will be given a chance too.

Everybody can make mistakes, not only young players. Look at Maksimovic. He’s not guilty for the penalty kick against Besiktas, but if he was a youth, they’d have said that Napoli have too many young players.”

“Zielinski is doing well, but Rog can do well too. Hamsik played in an advanced position in the past and we were scoring many goals with Benitez. When we complain for our poor fitness, we could do something else, but I don’t want to tell Sarri what he has to do.”
