    Allegri: ‘Juventus need some rest’

Juventus managed their 10th win in the opening 12 Serie A games (they’ve only lost to Inter and AC Milan) and Massimiliano Allegri showed his happiness for today’s win against Chievo during the usual post match interviews.

The Italian tactician, however, also claimed that Juventus should have scored more goals and that players need to get some rest after playing many games in the last month.

“We have to recover some energy during the International break, qualification to Champions League knock-out stage and a win in the Italian supercup are out next objectives”, the manager wrote on his official Twitter account after the kick off.

Talking to Premium Sport, he added: “All opponents are tough ones. We are going to focus on Pescara after the break. Games last 95 minutes and we should hammer our opponents every time, from the first to the last minute.”

“Pjanic is replacing Dybala playing between attack and midfield. I am happy with his performance but we should have score more goals today.”
