Juventus news: Chiellini and Benatia available for Udinese clash?

Injuries of Daniele Rugani, Medhi Benatia and Giorgio Chiellini have left Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri short of options in defence.

The Morocco International picked up a muscle injury last month during Juventus’ 2-1 defeat against Inter. Benatia could recover in time for the next Serie A game against his former club Udinese.

Chiellini returned to Juventus training centre Vinovo last week as he also suffered an injury during trainings with the azzurri squad.

Chiellini was suspended for Italy-Spain clash but was supposed to start tonight’s game, but the injury forced him out of action.

Juventus medical staff is doing everything possible to recover at least one of them for the next game against Udinese.

Benatia is more likely to recover than Chiellini, but if the former Bayern Munich man fails medical tests than Chiellini would be called for the next game, though he’d be not likely to start the J Stadium face-off.
