How Alex Sandro could be Juve's secret weapon against Napoli

Juventus have got themselves in a sticky bind: with Paulo Dybala out and Gonzalo Higuain not scoring, the Bianconeri have to sort out a way to counter Napoli, who come to town this weekend.

Tuttosport claim that Coach Allegri has an answer to the difficulties encountered by Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuain, who aren’t playing well enough together to be able to deal with an opponent as complex as Napoli.

Allegri’s idea is to use a 3-4-3, with two powerful wingers alongside Higuain in the middle, so that he can also throw in a striker (Mandzukic) if things go wrong… something which worked to great effect last season when Simone Zaza won this fixture with a thunderbolt.

Guess who helped begin that attack? Alex Sandro, who Tuttosport believe will be Allegri’s surprise inclusion in the attacking trio. He’s played in that role before… in the aforementioned 1-0 win over Napoli!
