Zidane admits that James Rodriguez ‘is a problem’ for Real Madrid

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has held a pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund releasing some surprising statements on Colombian star James Rodriguez who is being struggling with game time under the French manager.

James has only started two of Real Madrid’s last ten LaLiga games and did not even entered the pitch during last week’s Clasico clash against Barcelona at the Nou Camp.

Talking to media on Tuesday afternoon, Zidane said: “I really admire James Rodriguez, because he always trains hard and is always very helpful. I’m on good terms with him, like with everybody else here.”

“A player who doesn’t get enough game time, however, could ask to leave the club. He’s an important player for me and Real Madrid, but he’s a problem for us now as he doesn’t get consistent game time. I know I’ll need the help of everybody throughout the season.”

Inter, Manchester United and Juventus are said to be strongly interested in signing the former AS Monaco star either in January or, most likely, at the end of the season.
