De Rossi and Maicon set to skip Rome Derby
Daniele De Rossi and Maicon won't make Sunday's tussle. The Roma legend suffered a knock towards the end of Roma's midweek 3-2 win over Bayer Leverkusen, but toughed it out till the end anyway.
Maicon, on the other hand, has a left thigh strain.
Regarding Roma, the club's official communique' announces that:
"Today, the Roma Number 16 underwent some medical checks, which have evicended a muscular haematoma. His conditions will be evaluated on a day-to-day basis".
Maicon, on the other hand "doesn't hjave any muscular lesions to the left thigh flexor".
Alessandro Florenzi, on the other hand, went off on 56 minutes against Bayer, but has avoided a muscular lesion to the right calf. The Giallorossi are hoping he can make this weekend's game.
