Prandelli's doubt: 4-3-3 or 4-3-1-2?

Italy's preparation contines in Coverciano. Prandelli's team will play Northern Ireland and Serbia for the Euro2012 qualifiers.

The Azzurri trained this morning splitting the session in two parts, one tactical and one playing with the ball. The newly capped Floccari and Molinaro, called to replace the injured Gilardino and Antonelli, Prandelli dedicated himself to the defense, whilst his second in command, Pin, dealt with the midfielder and forwards.

Then in the final part of the session, two teams played: with the white shirt Sirigu, Zambrotta, Gastaldello, Bovo, Cassani, Marchisio, Pirlo, Mauri, Pepe, Floccari and Borriello; with the orange shirt Viviano, Cassani, Bonucci, Chiellini, Molinaro, De Rossi, Palombo, Lazzari, Giuseppe Rossi, Cassano and Pazzini. Pazzini and De Rossi scored.

In the afternoon, the session was closed to the public. Cesare Prandelli tried the trio Cassano-Pazzini-Pepe. Difficult, but not impossible Cassano behind Pazzini and Borriello, ready to embrace once again the public that loved him in the 2008-2009 season. Tomorrow there will be a double session. The night will clear Prandelli's thoughts.
