    Roberto Mancini will throw Felipe Melo back into the starting XI for this afternoon's game against Empoli. Ahead of the match, the Brazilian was interviewed by Mediaset Premium and he stated that; "We have not been able to fight for the championship of qualify for the Champions League, but the team has improved compared to last season".

    When it was put to him that this could be his last appearance at the San Siro he declared; "OK, so you think it is, but only if another club offers €50 million to Inter and €50 million to me. I love playing in the shirt of Inter and I love the city".
