Turkish daily Takvim reports that Fenerbahce are interested in sigining Borussia Monchengladbach play-maker Thorgan Hazard, the brother of Chelsea's Eden. The journal states that the Istanbul club are ready to table a €7 million bid for the 23-year-old.
