Goals to minutes played - Balotelli is better than Higuain: the details
After his much publicised arrival in France, Nice striker Mario Balotelli currently has the best goals to minutes played ratio in European football.
The Italian has scored five goals already in the new campaign which is one every 52 minutes, this is better than Alexandra Lacazette (every 53 mins) and Edinson Cavani (every 63 mins). If we look outside of France and head to Serie A, Juventus frontman Gonzalo Higuain has netted six goals in 394 minutes which equates to one every 66 minutes. Next comes Andrea Belotti (every 77 mins) and Carlos Bacca (every 90 mins).
Looking at the three other main European leagues in Spain, Germany and England we have Antoine Griezmann (every 85 mins), Chicharito Hernandez (every 85 mins), Sergio Aguero (every 88 mins) Patrick-Emerick Aubameyang (every 89 mins), Luiz Suarez (every 102 mins) and Robert Lewandowski (every 108 mins).
