Inter play-maker Stevan Jovetic has been speaking to Mediaset Premium and he started off by giving a declaration of intent ahead of the new season, stating that; “We have the desire to be protagonists this season, we want to improve on the last campaign and I’m working to improve my own performance. I prefer to look towards the future and I want to fully focus on the new season”. He then added that; “I’ve never had any doubts about remaining at Inter”.
 

He was then asked about Juve’s vast superiority in Serie A to which he replied; “Juve are strong they have taken some strong new players but I’m not worried; it pleases me to challenge a squad like this and if some new reinforcements arrive here it will be good but it’s not for me to say”.  

Looking ahead to the future the Montenegrin stated that; “I’m happy that a group as important as Suning has arrived to reinforce the team. I think we can return to the Champions League”. Finally, on his current boss he declared that; “Mancini is calm as always, I do not want to talk about objectives, these are just words and not facts”.
