Liverpool, Leicester target Ilicic could renew with Fiorentina

Fiorentina are ready to sell their attacking midfielder Josip Ilicic: the Slovenia international is having a great season, and many clubs are after him. The viola already have an agreement with the player’s agent Amir Ruznic, and are ready to let him go if somebody will offer at least €15 million.

On the other hand, the two parties are also thinking about renewing the contract of the 28-year-old: if the former Palermo man will ask to stay, or if there will be only insufficient offers, Ilicic could renew until June 2020, and even end his career in Florence.

A transfer remains then the most concrete option, but the club will still evaluate the possibility to keep the Slovenian, who is now a key player for Paulo Sousa.
