Sampaoli plays down Espanyol rumours, admits he’s in talks with Lazio
Former Chile boss Jorge Sampaoli has denied that he is in talks with La Liga club Espanyol, admitting that he is negotiating a move to Lazio. “I know nothing about Espanyol, my meeting with Angel Gomez in Rome was casual, while I can confirm that I am in talks with Lazio”, the Argentinean tactician told AS.
