    EXCLUSIVE Palermo preparing new contract for Stefano Sorrentino

    Calciomercato.com can exclusively reveal that Palermo’s goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentino could extend his contract with the Sicilian club.

    The 36-year-old shot-stopper’s deal expires in June 2018, but his impressive top-flight league experience will be vital also in the future Serie A campaigns of the Rosa-Nero.   

    President Maurizio Zamparini hopes to that Sorrentino will put pen to paper on a new contract before Christmas.

    Sorrentino joined Palermo in January 2013 and has played 100 games at the Stadio Babera since then.
