Lucas Biglia has been the toast of the cointinent these past few weeks, with PSG, Real Madrid and Manchester Unnited all interested in the creative central midfielder.

With the Corriere dello Sport writing about Inter Milan's interest in the past few days, talk of Biglia's contract negotiations has heated up, with the Argentine asking for a considerable pay rise.

Another EPL Club, Liverpool, are just as keen to make the former Anderlecht man their midfield general, pretty significant leverage in Biglia's talks with Claudio Lotito.

The Corriere also specified how much it would take to bring Biglia to the San Siro: 30 million, which the Nerazzurri could partially offset by giving Lazio Andrea Ranocchia and one of Marcelo Brozovic and Fredy Guarin.

Now, Tuttomercatoweb's interview with Biglia's agent, Enzo Montepaone, has further fuelled speculation.

"We're meeting with Lazio in the coming days to talk about his contract extension. There are many issues we need to deal with.

"At the moment I can't say that Biglia's renewal is a certainty.

He's a top player and it's perfectly normal for Europea clubs to have enquired about him. He's very much wanted in Italy and overseas.

"There are many possibilites, and Inter is one of them".
