DONE DEAL: Berardi to join Juve for € 18 million
The Bianconeri have an option to buy the 21-year-old Sassuolo’s starlet at the end of the current season or in June 2017, but whether Marotta and Paratici would decide to postpone the acquisition of Berardi, they would have to boost the Neroverdi's finances with an offer of € 25 million.
Earlier last week, the player’s agent Simone Seghedoni exclusively confirmed to calciomercato.com that Juventus and Sassuolo have already found a verbal agreement for Berardi’s Stadium move in June, although he categorically ruled out the player’s January exit.
Even if Serie A giants Roma and Inter have showed their interest for Berardi’s services along with some top clubs from Bundesliga, Premier League and La Liga, The Old Lady have already turned down any possible approach for their future star.
