Inter Milan are extremely active on the transfer market: as reported last night, in fact, the nerazzurri have carried out the negotiations for Rubin Kazan 23-year-old midfielder Yann M’Vila and AS Roma 22-year-old full back Dodò, who will sustain today the medicals for the Lombard team, but are about to set another important strike: according to the Corriere dello Sport, Inter are thinking about Cardiff City 27-year-old midfielder Gary Medel; as reported by gianlucadimarzio.com, to obtain the Chile international, the nerazzurri have offered between 7 and 10 million euros, while the Welsh club requires 10 millions. Morover, as outlined by Tuttosport, the Lombard club is also seeking a new forward, and Southampton 28-year-old Pablo Daniel Osvaldo and Corinthians 24-year-old Alexandre Pato (actually on loan at Sao Paulo) would like to join, but Inter’s main target for such position remains Manchester City 24-year-old Stevan Jovetic. The nerazzurri are also working to reinforce their defense, and, as reported by Il Tempo, are observing –as well as city rivals AC Milan- the situation of Cagliari 27-year-old Davide Astori, whose transfer to Lazio has not been carried out yet. The rossoneri are also seeking a winger, and, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, their president Silvio Berlusconi has authorized the negotiation for the signing of Torino 27-year-old Alessio Cerci.
