    Juve: Cagliari closing in on Isla, player wants pay-off

    Mauricio Isla is close to joining Cagliari. The newly promoted Serie A side have agreed the player’s transfer fee with Juventus and have persuaded the Chile International to join them. There is only one more step missing which is the pay-off that the player has to get ahead of completing his move to Cagliari.

    Isla’s Juventus contract runs until June 2017 and he wants to pay him the difference between his current wages and what he’s going to get at Cagliari.
