REPORT: also Inter after Juve defender Martin Caceres

    • M.G.
Inter Milan have many full backs, but their head coach Roberto Mancini doesn’t seem too happy with them, and in fact he has tried many solutions in the first part of the current season. One of the best players of Mancini’s squad is Alex Telles, who is currently on loan from Galatasaray and whose future will be decided at the end of the season.
A concrete option for the nerazzurri could be Juventus 28-year-old Martin Caceres: the Uruguay international can play also as a center back and would be very useful in case the former Manchester City manager would like to deploy the 3-5-2. The player could leave as a free agent at the end of the season, but the Lombard club would like to obtain him immediately.
Inter are also evaluating other options, like Hellas Verona 24-year-old Jacopo Sala and Club Brugge same-aged Thomas Meunier, while the dream remains Manchester City 30-year-old Pablo Zabaleta.
In any case, the nerazzurri will have to sell some of their current full backs, with Davide Santon intended to move back to England.
