    REPORT: four options for Roma forward Iturbe

    During the last transfer window, AS Roma forward Juan Manuel Iturbe was about to join Genoa, but finally the giallorossi’s Sporting Director Walter Sabatini decided to keep the 22-year-old.

    The former Hellas Verona player never had his chance at Rudi Garcia’s team, because of the good performances offered by Mohamed Salah and Iago Falque and the recovering of Gervinho.

    For this reason, the Argentine could be again on the transfer market in January. Verona indeed would welcome their former player, while Fiorentina head coach Paulo Sousa considers Iturbe a possible option for his team’s offensive line.

    But Genoa themselves could make a new attempt in Janaury, as reported today by Il Secolo XIX.
