    SASSUOLO, Di Francesco: ‘Planning and ideas key to our success.’

    Sassuolo coach Eusebio Di Francesco has given an interview to Mediaset in which he spoke about the club’s prized asset Domenico Berardi and also revealed why the Neroverdi continue to hold their own against the big boys in Serie A: “More than prestige, I am interested in the planning and clear ideas. At Sassuolo, as we have seen in recent years, there are both factors. Berardi is a brilliant player, he has extraordinary abilities, even if this season he could have capitalised more on the chances created. But he can decide a match in any moment, even when it seems like he is playing badly.”

    The Neroverdi boss led his team to a sixth place finish this year which will qualify Sassuolo to the Europa League providing Juventus beat AC Milan in Saturday’s TIM Cup final.
