Arsenal make Julian Draxler bid as Sanchez, Ozil contract talks stall
Draxler, 23, is having quite a disappointing season at Wolfsburg having yet to register one goal or one assist in 12 appearances but remains one of the most interesting wingers in the football panorama and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger believes that the right time has come to make an official proposal to Wolfsburg.
Rumours from England suggest that a possible transfer of Draxler at the Emirates Stadium may be useful to cover the potential departures of either Alexis Sanchez or Mesut Ozil given the Gunners’ star duo have yet to agree to terms on a new deal with Arsenal and that Draxler could cover them both in the final third.
Contracts of both Alexis and Ozil run until 2018.
