Chelsea defender set for January exit
The arrivals of Marco Alonso and David Luiz have not reduced the 32-year-old game time at the Stamford Bridge but his poor performances in the first part of the season have convinced Antonio Conte to get rid of the versatile defender once the winter transfer window opens.
