CONFIRMED! Inter keep tabs on Benfica right-back

Roberto Mancini is looking to sign new wingbacks next season and rumors coming from Portugal have confirmed that Benfica’s righ-back Nelson Semedo is in Inter’s sights, as we already reported last October.

Yuto Nagatomo is going to extend his deal at the club, while Piero Ausilio would liked Alex Telles to stay at the San Siro also in the next campaign, but he urges Galatasaray to lower their economic requests for the Brazilian striker.

Davide Santon and Danilo D’Ambrosio, on the other hand, are expected to leave the club next summer alongside Sampdoria loanee Dodo.

As also O Jogo points out, Semedo, 23, would be perfect to strengthen the Nerazzurri’s right flank. The player has just recovered from an injury and his contract with the Portuguese side runs until 2021. Trouble is, Semedo’s release clause is set to € 60 million it will be nothing easy to convince Benfica to sell one of their best players.
