Hatem Ben Arfa is going to join PSG, L’Equipe has reported. The Frenchman runs out of contract with his side Nice this summer and can join any other club for free. PSG have just announced the appointment of Unai Emery as their coach for the next two seasons and Ben Arfa is the first signing of the Spanish manager who won three successive Europa League titles with Sevilla.
