    Signing a high-rated midfielder is one of Inter Milan’s priorities for the upcoming transfer window; and, as reported in the last days, one of their main targets for such position is FC Porto 25 year old Fernando Francisco Reges; but, according to L’Equipe, the Brazilian-born Portuguese player is about to join French giants Monaco for about 20 million euros cash. On the contrary, Napoli 28 year old Valon Behrami, as confirmed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, remains a valid option, with 26 year old Fredy Guarin who could follow the opposite path. The nerazzurri are also seeking a backup for their striker Diego Milito, who is actually in Argentina to recover from his knee injury: according to the International Business Times, the main options remain 30 year old Rolando Bianchi, whose contract with Torino is about to expire, Genoa same-aged Alberto Gilardino, last season on loan at Bologna, and Parma 21 year old Ishak Belfodil: regarding this latter, the Aemilian club’s president Tommaso Ghirardi has confirmed that Inter, as well as other clubs, are concretely interested. On the contrary, regarding the possible departures, Federico Pastorello, agent of 28 year old goalkeeper Samir Handanovic, has told repubblica.it that for the moment there have been non contacts with Barcelona.

    As reported earlier, Juventus are seeking an alternative to Fiorentina 23 year old forward Stevan Jovetic, and one of their main options is Manchester City 29 year old Carlos Tevez; to obtain the Argentina international, the Piedmontese club could offer to The Citizens 29 year old midfielder Felipe Melo, who, as reported by Tuttosport, is not intentioned to accept to be loaned out. For what concerns the defense, the Serie A defending champions keep on tracking Inter Milan 25 year old Andrea Ranocchia, but, as highlighted by calciomercato.com, the nerazzurri will yield the Italy international only for 20 million euros cash.
