    Liverpool and Man City chase Juventus target Dahoud. Here’s the player’s release clause

    We’ve already reported that Juventus scouts are monitoring Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud. The 20-year-old promise can leave the Bundesliga side for just € 10 million at the end of the 2016-17 campaign. The German team are in talks for a contract renewal which would cancel the release clause, but the player is not willing to sign it.

    According to Talk Sport, however, Juventus will have to face competition from both Liverpool and Manchester City that are also interested in signing the player at the end of the season, given his incredibly cheap release clause.

    If the player fails to put pen to paper on a new deal with his club before the season ends, then there will be a proper bidding war between these three clubs that will battle it out to offer the U-21 Germany International the best contract.

    ​Dahoud is not in the form of his life this term, having only registered two assists in the opening nine games of the season.
