    Spartak Moscow make official bid for Sampdoria midfielder

    Spartak Moscow have made an official offer to sign Fernando from Sampdoria, gazzamercato.it has reported. Representatives of the Russian club have met the Serie A club yesterday, presenting their offer of € 14 million to sign the Brazilian midfielder.

    Fernando joined the Marassi outfit for € 8 million last summer and has yet to find agreement with Spartalk Moscow.
