    AC Milan are still looking for a new centre-back and after that negotiations for Villareal defender Musacchio collapsed yesterday, Sky Italia has reported that Lanus’ centre-back Gustavo Gomez is now on the rossoneri shortlist.

    You already know AC Milan can spend no money for new recruits due to ongoing negotiations for the club’s takeover and the rossoneri have reportedly made a loan offer with € 8 million buy-out clause.

    Gomez, a Paraguay International, emerged as one of the best defenders of the Argentinean league  last term and Fiorentina are also believed to be interested in welcoming the player’s services.
