    Inter, Davide Santon undergoes medical with Sunderland

    As we’ve already reported, Davide Santon is close to joining Sunderland. According to skysports.com Inter have agreement with the Black Cats over the transfer of the former Newcastle man who made his return to Inter 18 months ago after that he had moved from the San Siro outfit to Newcastle back in 2011.

    The Premier League side will release a statement confirming the signing of Santon in the next few hours. The 25-year-old defender failed to live up to expectations last term registering just 11 appearances with the nerazzurri scoring no goals.
