Outlining the future of Juventus loanees, from Kingsley Coman to Isla and Mandragora

Juvenus have 59 players out on loan, but how many of them can have a chance to shine at the J Stadium? Not many, as Nicola Balice points out, but let’s go into more detail to find out who are the most important ones and what Massimiliano Allegri and Giuseppe Marotta have thought for their future.

KINGSLEY COMAN – The French starlet’s future has been already decided. Bayern Munich will make his move permanent for € 22 million in summer 2017 after having paid € 7 million for the player’s two season loan.

ROLANDO MANDRAGORA  -‘The new Thiago Motta’ signed with Juve this past January but the Old Lady loaned him back to Pescara until the end of the season. He could face another year far from the J Stadium after joining the Bianconeri senior team in the pre-season summer camp. Sassuolo and Empoli are interested in welcoming his services on a loan deal.

ANDRES TELLO – The 19-year-old central midfielder is one of the best players in Serie B. Juventus and Cagliari are expected to meet very soon to extend the player’s loan even if the Sardinians can make the Colombian player’s move permanent for € 10 million.

ALBERTO CERRI – Cagliari can make his loan move permanent for € 5 million.

FEDERICO MATTIELLO – Still recovering from two dramatic injuries, he will probably be loaned out to a Serie B club to help him getting more playing time.

HORDUR MAGNUSSON  -Currently playing with Serie B side Cesena, Empoli are one of those clubs interested in welcoming his services and Juve could involve him and Marcel Buchel (another Bianconeri loanee already at Empoli) in a player-plus-cash swap deal to sign the Tuscan’s main star Riccardo Saponara.

LUCA MARRONE  AND PAOLO DE CEGLIE – Juventus will try to find them a new club after the end of their loan spells with Verona and Olympique de Marseille.

MAURICIO ISLA – Loaned out to Olympique de Marseille last summer, the Ligue1 side would like to make his move permanent, but due to their economic struggles they would not be able to offer any cash to the Old Lady, who, of course, doesn’t want to sell the Chile International for free.

Isla’s contract runs until 2017, which means next summer is the last one Juve can use to sell the experienced right-back. The Serie A giants are not interested anymore in Javier Manquillo and they could only involve Isla in a swap deal for Mario Lemina or Michy Batshuayi. Alternatively, Isla could be sold for a very cheap price to another foreign club.
