Ranieri 'I want the scudetto! Totti? Easy to manage'
"We have always said our objective is the Scudetto. To compete on three fronts, however, we needed a large team; it is the first time there is a project of this kind and it’s clear that it is not easy, but all the players must live with this situation and it should be a weapon more not less".
The Roma coach, Claudio Ranieri, makes no secret of his team's goals, especially after the victory in Milan, but insists his players must adapt to a turnover, including Totti.
"It is difficult to manage the captain –he added at the 'Athletes of the Year ' ceremony - Francesco is a smart guy. Then we can not pretend that he is happy when he does not play, it would be strange if to the contrary: he wants to play, but this is normal. But our project is ambitious and I hope to carry on much longer. Contract? I have no problem".
