Revealed: €50m release clause included in top Serie A striker’s contract
A new € 50 million release clause will be included in Kalinic’s new contract with Fiorentina, the club’s president Andrea Della Valla has recently confirmed.
Kalinic, a former Blackburn striker, is one of the best strikers in Serie A. Last week he scored a stunning backeheel goal against Sassuolo and has 12 goals in 20 appearances with Fiorentina so far this season.
La Viola also want to extend Federico Bernardeschi’s stay at the club offering him a contract extension. The promising Italian winger is having his best top flight season having already netted 8 goals in 21 games. The 22-year-old star has attracted the interest of Chelsea and Fiorentina may include a release clause in his contract too.
