    Buffon: 'Juventus need to help Pjanic perform'

    Gianluigi Buffon has come out in defence of team-mate Miralem Pjanic. 

    “It’s obvious that our team is different in midfield, and I’m not referring to its components’ skills,” he told
    journalists at a press conference    , “We need to find the way to make the most of them”.

    Pjanic moved to Turin for €32 million this summer, only to find that he isn't necessarily guaranteed a starting spot. 
     
    “Miralem will make a difference because he has a lot of quality,” the legendary Italy goalkeeper added.
     
    “We need, as a team, to put him in the conditions to express his truly great skill”.
     
    The 26-year-old has still scored twice this season, and added two assists in the league.
