Jose Mourinho linked with shock Inter return

New Inter owners Suning are considering a shock return of Jose Mourinho at the club in the 2017-18 campaign, today’s edition of Tuttosport reports.

According to the Italian paper, there are still no contacts between the two parties but if the Special One fails to make a U-turn to get Manchester United back on track, Suning would consider his return at the end of the campaign.

Mourinho managed to bring the Champions League back to the Meazza outfit for the first time in 44 years and his arrival would be a dream for all the nerazzurri fans who saw their club changing nine managers since the Special One left the club in 2010.

Inter have just sacked Frank De Boer and are looking for a new boss who could either remain at the club also in the 2017-18 campaign or leave at the end of the current season. Atletico Madrid boss and former Inter player Diego Simeone is another of those managers linked with the job at the end of the season, but Tuttosport claim that El Cholo is not yet interesting in leaving the colchoneros and that a possible appointment of Mourinho would have a bigger impact on fans and media as well as on the Asian market helping the Serie A giants to boost their brand worldwide.
