Vecchi: ‘New manager talks not affecting Inter’

Inter interim boss Stefano Vecchi talked to media on Satruday afternoon, one day before Inter’s Serie A clash against Crotone. The nerazzurri new owners Suning are in talks with several managers to appoint their new coach after Frank De Boer’s sacking.

According to Vecchi, however, the club’s activity is not affecting the team.

“I haven’t heard anyone talking about this stuff. We read newspapers, but we are aware that we are going through hard times. The team is not affected by transfer rumours and will never be, these lads are true pro.”

“Fans should help us, their help is vital for us. If they really care about this club, they should support us rather than protest.”

“We could change our system against Crotone, or we could keep the same formation, the most important thing, however, is our attitude, not our system.”

“Kondogbia is motivated, Malo can be helpful especially on set pieces situations.”
